1. Service Commencement and Right of Withdrawal
Individual consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased service. However, if digital services begin immediately with customer consent and usage starts, the right of withdrawal lapses.
2. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
• After activation of services such as server rental, hosting, domain, or licenses
• Customized configurations or licenses requested by the customer
• Services that have expired or been canceled
• Refund requests found to be malicious or resulting from system abuse
3. Refund Request Procedure
For a refund request to be evaluated:
• It must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the purchase date.
• Requests must be sent via the support system or designated email.
• Requests must clearly include:
– Customer full name
– Service number / order ID
– Reason for refund request
– Contact information
4. Refund Method and Timing
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method, subject to the timelines and processes of payment providers and banks.
5. Additional Notes
• The right of withdrawal and refund rights are applied in accordance with applicable law.
• Refund requests may be denied if abusive or fraudulent use is detected.
